The L3 Emergency Assistance Fund was created to help L3 employees who are facing financial hardship as a result of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma, or by other large scale disasters impacting L3 employees in the future. The L3 Emergency Assistance Fund relies primarily on individual donations from employees and support from L3 Technologies Inc. to fund this program. Every contribution helps and when combined with the donations of others, can provide the help a fellow employee needs when facing the unexpected.
You can make a voluntary contribution to the L3 Emergency Assistance Fund through our secure site using your credit/debit card or Paypal. If you are an L3 employee and would like to contribute through convenient payroll deductions, please visit the L3 Benefit Center under the Life Events tab > After-Tax updates > View Your Benefit Options or call the L3 Benefits Center at 866-919-2424 (representatives are available between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday).

The Emergency Assistance Foundation, Inc. will manage all fund activities, and when needed assist applicants with their grant applications. L3 will not have any insight into the grant process unless a grant recipient chooses to share his or her story.
